Sakroski Return & Refund Policy

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Standard Returns

For returns due to a change of mind, personal preference, sizing, or dissatisfaction with the item, shipping fees are non-refundable. A 150 EGP return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of collecting the item.

Example: For an order of 700 EGP product + 100 EGP shipping (800 EGP total paid), the refund will be:

700 EGP − 150 EGP return fee = 550 EGP

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our end, Sakroski will cover all shipping costs for a full exchange and send the replacement item at no additional cost to the customer.

If the customer prefers a full refund instead of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. The refund will be processed after the item is received and inspected.

Flash Sale Items

All items purchased during a flash sale are final sale. They are not eligible for return or refund, and cannot be exchanged for a different size, colour, or style.
The only exception is an item that arrives defective (a manufacturing fault such as torn seams, holes, misprints, stains, or broken hardware). Defective flash sale items are eligible for exchange only, not a refund.
The following are not considered defects: wrong size ordered or fit not as expected, change of mind, slight colour differences from photos due to screen settings, or damage caused by wear, washing, or misuse after delivery.
To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery on 0127 0233999 or at support@sakroski.com with your order number and clear photos or a video of the defect. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags and original packaging. Once approved, we will collect the item and send a replacement of the same product at no shipping cost. If it is out of stock, you may choose another item of equal value.
By placing an order during a flash sale, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

سياسة الإرجاع والاسترجاع — Sakroski

يمكن إرجاع المنتجات خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن تكون غير مستخدمة وغير مغسولة وفي حالتها الأصلية مع جميع التيكتات.

الإرجاع العادي

في حالات الإرجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي، أو عدم إعجاب العميل بالمنتج، أو المقاس، أو عدم الرضا عن المنتج، فإن رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد. كما سيتم خصم 150 جنيهًا رسوم شحن الإرجاع من المبلغ المسترد لتغطية تكلفة استلام المنتج.

مثال: لطلب بقيمة 700 جنيه للمنتج + 100 جنيه شحن (إجمالي 800 جنيه)، يكون المبلغ المسترد:

700 جنيه − 150 جنيه رسوم الإرجاع = 550 جنيه

تتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه.

المنتجات المعيبة أو التالفة أو غير الصحيحة

في حال كان المنتج به عيب أو تالفًا أو تم إرسال منتج غير صحيح بسبب خطأ من جانبنا، تتحمل Sakroski جميع تكاليف الشحن الخاصة بالاستبدال، ويتم إرسال المنتج البديل للعميل دون أي تكلفة إضافية.

إذا اختار العميل استرداد المبلغ بالكامل بدلًا من الاستبدال، يتحمل العميل رسوم شحن الإرجاع. ويتم استرداد المبلغ بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه.

منتجات الفلاش سيل
جميع المنتجات المشتراة خلال عروض الفلاش سيل بيع نهائي، ولا يمكن إرجاعها أو استرداد قيمتها، ولا يمكن استبدالها بمقاس أو لون أو موديل مختلف.
الاستثناء الوحيد هو وصول المنتج معيبًا (عيب تصنيع مثل خياطة مفتوحة، ثقوب، خطأ في الطباعة، بقع، أو تلف في الإكسسوارات). في هذه الحالة يحق للعميل الاستبدال فقط دون استرداد المبلغ.
لا يُعتبر عيبًا: طلب مقاس خاطئ أو عدم ملاءمة المقاس، تغيير الرأي، اختلاف بسيط في اللون عن الصور بسبب إعدادات الشاشة، أو أي تلف ناتج عن الاستخدام أو الغسيل بعد الاستلام.
لطلب الاستبدال، تواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام على 0127 0233999 أو support@sakroski.com مع رقم الطلب وصور أو فيديو واضح للعيب. يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وغير مغسول ومع جميع التيكتات والتغليف الأصلي. بعد الموافقة، سنستلم المنتج ونرسل بديلًا من نفس المنتج دون أي تكلفة شحن. وفي حال نفاد المنتج، يمكنك اختيار منتج آخر بنفس القيمة.
