Sakroski Return & Refund Policy

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. A return shipping fee of 100 EGP will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of collecting the item.

Example: For an order of 700 EGP product + 90 EGP shipping (790 EGP total paid), the refund will be 700 EGP − 100 EGP return fee = 600 EGP.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our end, Sakroski covers all shipping costs and issues a full refund — no fees deducted.

يمكن إرجاع المنتجات خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام، بشرط أن تكون غير مستخدمة وغير مغسولة وفي حالتها الأصلية مع جميع التيكتات.

رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد. سيتم خصم رسوم إرجاع بقيمة 100 جنيه من المبلغ المسترد لتغطية تكلفة استلام المنتج.

مثال: لطلب بقيمة 700 جنيه للمنتج + 90 جنيه شحن (إجمالي 790 جنيه)، يكون المبلغ المسترد 700 − 100 = 600 جنيه.

تتم معالجة الاسترداد بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه.

في حال كان المنتج به عيب أو تالف أو خطأ من جانبنا، تتحمل Sakroski جميع تكاليف الشحن وتسترد المبلغ كاملاً دون أي خصومات.
